@spindahuntr @Daloony69 We've seen her writing... And on the contrary. I am fighting for Stargate. I will call for Jac's Stargate to be cancelled. #burythegate
@StargateNow_EU We know exactly what to expect. Rafe Judkins' Wheel of Time all over again. #burythegate
@Erick38526604 @StargateJen @AmazonMGMStudio They don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt. #burythegate
Amazon MGM, we want Gero's Stargate. If not, give it the respect it deserves and sell off the IP. The fandom is not with you. #closetheiris #savestargate
My loyalty is not to franchise or fandom, but people and the values I hold dear. @BaronDestructo, Brad Wright, and Martin Gero have demonstrated those values often and consistently and have earned my trust and loyalty. Jac Schaeffer and Amazon have not.

@SGURewind Bullshit. We are not "cautiously optimistic." This is the end of Stargate as we know it. #burythegate https://t.co/AzAI3lqM5o
For anyone still hoping for some form of continuation under the newly appointed Stargate showrunner, @MichaelShanks effectively settled the matter in a recent podcast.
He said the @martingero series was cancelled because it still "smelled" too much like the original show. Amazon has made it clear they want a "fresh" perspective.
Shanks noted that the cancelled version had only a thin thread of connection to what came before, yet that was still enough for Amazon to reject it. He’s skeptical the new take will feel meaningfully connected to the existing franchise.
Bummer..

@gscheet @AmazonMGMStudio I'm all in on #burythegate without Joseph Mallozzi, Brad Wright, or Martin Gero's involvement. F #savestargate if it gets co-opted for anything else. I fought too hard.
@Jackieb1432 @AmazonMGMStudio @PrimeVideo It's all deliberate and political and follows the pattern of every major IP acquired by Amazon. #burythegate
@Smirklin I enjoyed it up to the very end. Remind me, what was the show this new showrunner made right after WandaVision? Wasn't it directly tied to the very end of WandaVision? And it didn't do very well, did it? #burythegate
