I'll have a list of options tonight.
I want to #StayAt4 this, esp if Ohio State replaces w/ G5s, but acknowledge this is no more proof of 'no impact' than SEC powers booking 10 P5s in 2024 & beyond (pre-expansion announcement) of 'yes impact'.

Given that 2022-2023 is not looking good, how does it look beyond that? Using the #CFBMatchMaker model that I described last night, here are a range of possible P5 home & home options from 2023 through 2032.
My breakdown of UW's bad situation for 2022/2023. There are about 5 options (one very sexy one) that imo have a 'decent' chance of happening. If not, it's a h&h w/ BYU.
TOMORROW night I'll go through all of the options beyond 2023, incl bundling 2023 forward.

1/27 | Deep Dive : The WASHINGTON 2022/2023 Non-Conference Schedule Problem
We all know that Washington is in trouble when it comes to finding a home & home series for 2022-2023. They are one of only 3 P5 programs who does not have a P5 non-con opponent scheduled either year.
And, we're off & running! The #CFBMatchMaker model is now 1 for 1, having whittled UW's 2022 G5 buy game options down to 11 from 65 possible teams, one of them being Kent State.
Later tonight I'll go into detail about all other UW non-con options, incl the 2022/2023 P5 problem.
