The incomparable @SarahMackAttack gave a great talk on how bobtail squid immune systems recognize their bioluminescent symbiotic bacteria, and don't eat them. Ceph immune systems are super awesome and Sarah gave a great talk. #CIAC2018
@SarahMackAttack investigates how the luminescent bacterium Vibrio (now Aliivibrio?) fischeri may have long-term effects on the immune system of its 'bobtail' squid host (Euprymna scolopes). So cool! #CIAC2018 #CIAC_2018
