The table compares today's #caseshiller #'s w/ mid-markets from Aug 24 quotes. This should align as contracts settle on today's #'s. On average, indices were ~1.1 points lower w/ BOS, SFR and WDC all < contract bids. My #HPHF forecasts averaged better but also had 3 misses. #realestate #homeprices
