A7: I think there's an opportunity to go beyond "repaving the cowpath" and instead redesigning processes that are built for a digital employee and consumer. This means applying design thinking and approaching processes from a customer / employee outcome. #ChatFOW

Q8/A1: #WFI, #RPA, #RDA, #bots, #chatbots, #NLP, #AI - ALL MEAN NOTHING if they don't positively affect OUTCOMES. But if these technologies are purposefully baked into solutions that surface & address a current pain, making employees more productive, then they'll payoff #ChatFoW

Q7/A2: to improve you have to have benchmarks / aggressive goals, actions that make sense that will help improve things, & the ability to measure whether they are helping and progress toward them. Otherwise, its just Einsteinland -Doing the same thing & expecting change #ChatFoW

Q7/A1: Understand what employees are struggling with in doing their jobs, & get them help. It's that simple. Help can come in many forms, like more streamlined systems, automating routine tasks, getting them easier/faster access to information, training, and so forth #ChatFoW
