@SCIE_socialcare A3 #coprochat hmm, I’m still musing and learning so right now I think it’s a proper conversation about power, sometimes it’s uncomfortable and messy, I’m not comfortable with talking about sharing power either, so I think it’s probably about genuine unpacking of experiences
@SCIE_socialcare A2: Fostering a culture of transparency and openness? - if people using services are to share experiences/vulnerability, then services should likewise e.g. share successes but also be open about failures #CoProChat
@SCIE_socialcare A3- at #CoProWeek 2018 people said the top thing to support more #coProduction was practical guides, and templates that show how different groups/ individuals did co-production well. I like to say “show, don’t tell’ the word co-production can sometimes be a barrier! #coProChat
@SCIE_socialcare A1 #CoProChat because in times of budgets cuts and shifting priorities people are afraid to innovate but often innovative co-production leads to new, unexpected perspectives and in the long-term cost savings
