In a context where the propaganda machine of Paul Kagame's bloodthirsty and totalitarian regime feeds Rwandan and international opinion with all kinds of lies about the alleged planning/conspiracy of the genocide, especially by inventing an ideologically manipulative theory about the so-called "masterminds of the genocide", the judiciary says otherwise. Starting with the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, in the trial of the late Colonel Theoneste Bagosora, this tribunal found nothing to allege that Colonel Bagosora was the mastermind behind the plan/conspiracy to exterminate Tutsis. For a long time presented in this way by the propaganda tools operating under the shadow of the RPF Inkotanyi regime, with the sole aim of darkening the truth about the real context leading to the mass massacres in Rwanda in 1994, Colonel Bagosora was attributed the words "I am going to prepare for the apocalypse", without, however, demonstrating the inescapable evidence of either the time or the place in which he would have made these remarks. As a result of this lack of corroborating evidence, the ICTR judges concluded that Bagosora Theoneste was not responsible for the plan to exterminate Tutsis. In the second part of this reflective outline, I will discuss the case of Felicien Kabuga who is been falsely named the "Financier of the Genocide".
