As an #injuredworker #Comcare paid a QLD specialist criminal barrister to come up against at least me & another person in the AAT in the ACT. A tribunal designed not to need lawyers. At around $10k per day. Nuts!
@MrRexPatrick @Richard_D_Boyle Not the only example of this. Check what they do to #injuredworkers on #Comcare. The govt stopped honouring its obligation to act as a model litigant long ago under Abbott. Why Labor haven't rolled it back is anyone's guess.

@MinJohnske That's what they do. Workplace bullying is really a form of wage theft. Why? Because the bully's personal agendas take precedence over work itself, by micromanagement, shaming, inappropriate comments, and bullying. Workplace bullying costs companies millions every year.
