Empowering the AYP on AHD!
We joined @NEPHAKKENYA& @gnpplus in a sensitization forum on Advanced HIV Disease (AHD), focused on adolescents and young people!
We had conversations, shared vital info, and built awareness to help AYP understand how to prevent and manage AHD.
Gratitude! Over 35 PLHIV Network leaders and advocates gathered in Nairobi for three days this week, creating a roadmap towards #CommunitiesEndAIDS during the AHD Regional Advocacy Meeting.
