It is unbelievable that a member of the bar would present objectively false facts to a Court. The last 2 Council mtgs Clancy has presented an illegal request for a 1 vote adoption of #ConKhan proposed order. They have not presented an ordinance as req’d by law.

Page and Clancy know the only legal way to institute a mask mandate is by ordinance. That is exactly why Clancy is NOT proposing an ordinance. Not to mention that anything #ConKhan proposes should be DOA 6/

Ppl who really believe in masks want a binding constitutional legislative action so that the confusion to our citizens and businesses can be over. Page and Clancy dont want that. They purposefully break the law so Page can fight with Schmitt. Good for electoral politics. 6/
