UDF സർക്കാരിന്റെ പ്രഖ്യാപിത നയമാണ് സംസ്ഥാനത്ത് ഇപ്പോൾ സഹകരണ വകുപ്പ് പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന ആശ്വാസ് 2026 ഒറ്റത്തവണ തീർപ്പാക്കൽ പദ്ധതി. സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങളിൽ /ബാങ്കുകളിൽ നിന്നും വായ്‌പയെടുത്ത് കുടിശ്ശികയായവർക്ക് ആശ്വാസമായി UDF സർക്കാരിന്റെ 100 ദിന കർമ്മപരിപാടിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തി ഒറ്റത്തവണ തീർപ്പാക്കൽ പദ്ധതി "ആശ്വാസ് 2026" ജൂൺ 1 മുതൽ ആഗസ്റ്റ് 31 വരെ നടപ്പിലാക്കുന്നു. പ്രാഥമിക സഹകരണ സംഘങ്ങൾ/ബാങ്കുകളിൽ നിന്നും വായ്‌പയെടുത്തവരുടെ തിരിച്ചടവു മുടങ്ങിയ കാരണത്താൽ വർദ്ധിച്ചുവരുന്ന കുടിശ്ശിക/നിഷ്ക്രിയ ആസ്‌തി കുറച്ച് നിക്ഷേപകരുടെ താൽപ്പര്യം കൂടി സംരക്ഷിക്കുകയാണ് സർക്കാരിന്റെ ലക്ഷ്യം. 🔹പദ്ധതി കാലയളവിൽ ജപ്‌തി/ലേല നടപടികൾ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നു എന്നത് പ്രാധാന്യമർഹിക്കുന്നു. പിഴപ്പലിശ പൂർണ്ണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നു. 🔹2 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുള്ള വായ്‌പകളിൽ ആർബിട്രേഷൻ /എക്‌സിക്യൂഷൻ ഫീസ്, കോടതി /പരസ്യ ചിലവുകൾ എന്നിവ സംഘങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒഴിവാക്കുന്നു. 🔹സ്വർണ്ണ പണയ വായ്‌പ, നിക്ഷേപ വായ്‌പ എന്നിവ ഒഴികെ കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ MDS /MSS ഉൾപ്പടെയുള്ള എല്ലാ വായ്പ്‌പകളും ഈപദ്ധതിയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടും. 🔹50,000/-രൂപ വരെയുള്ള വായ്‌പകളിൽ 5 വർഷവും അതിൽ കൂടുതലും കുടിശ്ശിക ആണെങ്കിൽ പലിശയുടെ 50% വും 1 മുതൽ 4 വർഷം വരെ കുടിശ്ശിക ആണെങ്കിൽ പലിശയുടെ 10% മുതൽ 40% വരെയും ഇളവ് നൽകുന്നു. 🔹50,000/- നു മുകളിൽ 5 ലക്ഷം വരെയുള്ള വായ്‌പകളിൽ വായ്പ‌ എടുക്കുന്ന സമയത്തുള്ള പലിശ നിരക്കോ ഇപ്പോഴുള്ള പലിശ നിരക്കോ ഏതാണോ കുറവ് ആ നിരക്കിൽ പലിശകണക്കാക്കി വായ്‌പ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാം. 🔹പലിശ മുതലിനേക്കാൾ അധികാരിച്ചാൽ പലിശ മുതലിനോടൊപ്പം ക്രമീകരിച്ചു വായ്‌പ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാം. 🔹പലിശ മുതലിനേക്കാൾ അധികരിക്കാത്തവയിൽ പരമാവധി 25% വരെ പലിശ ഇളവ് നൽകാം. 🔹അതി ദാരിദ്ര്യ പട്ടികയിൽ ഉൾപ്പെട്ടവരുടെ 1 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുള്ള വായ്‌പയിൽ മുതൽ തുക മാത്രം ഈടാക്കിയും 1 ലക്ഷം മുതൽ 5 ലക്ഷം വരെയുള്ളവയിൽ പലിശയുടെ 50% ഇളവ് നൽകിയും വായ്‌പ അവസാനിപ്പിക്കാം. 🔹5 ലക്ഷത്തിനു മുകളിൽ 25 ലക്ഷം രൂപ വരെയുള്ള വായ്പകളിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി പരമാവധി 25% വരെ പലിശ ഇളവ് നൽകാം. 🔹25 ലക്ഷത്തിനു മുകളിൽ 50 ലക്ഷം വരെയുള്ള വായ്‌പകളിൽ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി പരമാവധി 15% വരെ പലിശ ഇളവ് നൽകാം. 🔹മാരക രോഗം പിടിപെട്ടവരുടെ വായ്‌പകളിലും, മാരക രോഗം പിടിപ്പെട്ടവർ കുടുംബാംഗങ്ങളായുള്ളവരുടെ വായ്പ്‌പകളിലും, വായ്‌പക്കാരൻ്റെ സാമ്പത്തിക സ്ഥിതി കണക്കിലെടുത്തു വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്ക് വിധേയമായി പരമാവധി 15% വരെ അധികപലിശ ഇളവ് കൂടി നൽകാം. 🔹കാലാവധി കഴിഞ്ഞ overdraft/cash credit എന്നിവയിലെ ബാക്കി നില്പിൽ പരമാവധി 10% വരെ ഇളവ് നൽകാം. 🔹കൃത്യമായി വായ്‌പ തവണ തിരിച്ചടക്കുന്നവർക്കു അടച്ച പലിശയിൽ 5% ഇളവ് നൽകാം. 🔹ആർബിട്രേഷൻ കേസിനെ തുടർന്നുള്ള എല്ലാ ജപ്‌തി -ലേല കാലയളവിൽ നടപടികളും ഒഴിവാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. ഈ അവസരം പരമാവധി ഉപയോഗപ്പെടുത്തി കുടിശിക നിവാരണം നടത്താൻ സഹകാരികൾക്ക് കഴിയും എന്നാണ് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നത്... #statecooperativebank #UDFGovernment #OTS
