There is one active-status registered voter on the public Colorado voter roll with a ballot mailing address in Kabul, Afghanistan, BUT he wasn't the 64 y.o. Pueblo resident who was released by the Taliban last week after being detained in Afghanistan for over 421 days without charges. According to the State Dept. there may be three other Americans still in Afghanistan but they must not know about the one on the Colorado voter roll (who hasn't voted in Colorado since 2020, by-the-by) because he isn't one of the three listed as still missing ... Isn't it wonderful what a great job the Colorado Secretary of State does maintaining the Colorado voter roll?
