Desperately trying to 'enmilden' a curry that I'd say was currently at phall-level heat. Diced potato, coconut cream, spinach first. If that doesn't work, yoghurt. Then, I'm out of ideas. I love it, but Mrs. LittleChef can't take ferocity like this. #curryproblems
