grrrrrr @USAA YOUR client hit my daughters car and when I call to file a claim i'm given a hard time then told I have to stay on the phone with the agent for at "least" 30 minutes to start a claim WTH?? THIS is why @Geico rules! #customerserviceISimportant

Went to the Adidas store in Wicker Park last night. Was planning to spend $, even if I had to order online. The person I talked to wasn’t very helpful at all. I left. Didn’t want to spend my $ with him. Ended up getting these instead. #CustomerServiceIsImportant
