@clboyles @motolibrarian This is interesting. One of my conversations was with @3underscores director of @UR_DSL and they have transitioned away from the grant model. Partly because of the precarity & partly because they want to be free to concentrate on the work. #DHReads19.

@motolibrarian In my last few roles, there was an expectation that I could do or fix all things digital. This both positioned me as a low-level laborer and an expert simultaneously. It was challenging for my co-workers, collaborators (and me!) to navigate this positionality. #DHReads19
