Took the weekend to reflect on #DIScience19 & key takeaways. Also reviewed my notes from last year (see below). Themes are very consistent... time to double down in theses areas. Also want to think more about the connection between org capacity and relationships. Until next year!
What I'm thinking about at the end of #DIScience18:
- Need to move toward promoting more "pull" for evidence and less "push."
- Want to better understand role of relationships in our #impsci and #deimp efforts.
- Do more with measuring and leveraging org readiness.
