The link associated with Idaho's in-person Bar Exam on @NCBEX site takes users to Idaho's Oct. Remote results, (i.e. 8 people or 29%). I had to laugh (otherwise I'd go mad).

I mentioned the #DP4All movement. They said they had no idea what I was talking about, so I referred them to @DiplomaPriv4Allβs website. Before I could get another word in edgewise, they went off about their opposition to diploma privilege as a concept. 2/
Can we talk about the only reason they told us about the breach is because we all were freaking out today about it. If DC COA fixed it by August 28 then why didn't they let everyone know August 29???

If they can't do #DP4ALL then they need to level the playing field & make it remote, unproctored/open book FOR ALL. Make the test fair. You do that by reimagining what this test looks like. And this is not it. Not even close.
Getting 4 copies of the same @ExamSoft e-mail sent to me at 3:30 AM telling me to download their update ASAP for the #BarExam makes me feel really confident that the program is going to work....

@CarverJohnny @420AttyChicago Exactly! Unless your state has opted for diploma privilege, we are all in the middle of a sh*t sh*w together. No one is lucky. #DP4All leaves no state behind, and #AbolishTheBar means we are in it until every state has ended this exam for good.
