Officers of #DSTSC09, #MILIT undertook a five-day Forward Area Tour across diverse operational theatres including Ladakh, Sikkim, Naval formations at Goa & Karwar, Andaman & Nicobar and South Western Air Command.
Five groups of participant officers, including 20 Student Officers from Friendly Foreign Countries, accompanied by Directing Staff, visited these operational formations to gain first hand exposure to joint operations, force integration, logistics, technology and future warfighting concepts.
The tour reinforced the ethos of jointmanship, technology-enabled operations and professional military education, strengthening understanding of India’s multi-domain operational environment.
