22 HIM made reality today. But in reality, any day of posting with @F3Omaha brings blessings I never once imagined.
In Freed To Lead, Flo Rida talks fruition, “one of the things that I found most disturbing about F3 was if I came up with an idea, I was expected to act on it and make it happen.”
The making it happen is easier when you have a team of HIM acting.
I couldn’t think of a better HIM to cast off F3 Navy than @justinveik. Truly faced adversity but ultimately proved to be the leader we all needed!

Bigger muscles, longer & faster runs and coherent Mumblechatter…all tangible signs my Fitness (F1) is progressing with @F3Omaha.
Forming a Shield Lock, joining a book study and learning from fellow HIM…all tangible signs the rest of me is progressing as well.
Flag passes with personal context hit a little bit different and that was the case this morning at @F3WolfDen. For several months @RyanJamesNE (Cradle) & Vespa have gotten my weeks off to a great start. After today’s COTs, I have no doubt @The_B_Train33 (Ditka) will keep the PAX heading in the right direction!

For me The Gloom has a natural way of distilling Peterson’s self-competition and achieving Hemingway’s trueness. Instead of vying for someone’s mile time or Merkin total, I reflect on how better I am today THANKS TO the HIM next to me.

Fitness is often referred to as the “Magnet” in @F3Nation. First F definitely pulls me out of bed most mornings, but it is Fellowship, the “Glue,” that helps determine where my map app takes me. A Q’s reputation plays a part in the morning math as well, it’s the mystery of it all that keeps me coming back for more!
Blind faith was needed at @F3BadgerPointe this AM, following @tferg78 up and down the biggest hill in @F3Omaha. The terrain was barely visible for Street Dance’s beat down, but seeing my fellow PAX made me believe I could handle it!
