You're joking, right? This is one of the strongest #DesignAccelerator tutorials, but it has barely been watched. Show #TheoryOfConstraints some love.

Thanks for including #DesignAccelerator #OOP tutorial, @lucamezzalira!
In conjunction with your comments on the importance of checklists, I recommend the book "Checklist Manifesto." I especially appreciated the points made in one of the chapters that surgeons don't like practical low-tech tools such as checklists. They prefer spending millions on things like surgical robots, which may not advance success rates over humans and also have risks.
As I was reading, the descriptions reminded me so much of software developers and the shiny objects that they often chase.
The topic dovetails nicely with true OOP and back to basics.

Try to keep up with my #DesignAccelerator tutorials!
Are you aware that these two are a matched set? They are basically Parts 1 and 2. I thought it odd that Part 1 has ~100 fewer views than Part 2.

#DesignAccelerator Tutorial
Why do so many think that every business process looks like a set of queries?
https://t.co/gSRgOInByN

Service-to-Service: Tell-Don't-Ask
Don't query across services for decision-making data to be used in the querying service. That's Ask-Decide-Set.
Rather, tell the other service to do something on your behalf and listen for the outcome. That's Tell-Don't-Ask.
When you ask, you only get what's already known. You don't gain any new knowledge.
Tell-Don't-Ask gives the subsystem that provides the behavior the opportunity to gain new knowledge.
