Mohammad al-Sweidan from al-Jiza in eastern Daraa "reconciled" with the regime after the area's recapture in 2018. Never took up arms against Assad. He was arrested in September 2018, jailed in Sednaya Prison & killed under torture. Family was notified 2 days ago of his passing.
