These two judges in minority are instigating the government institution to commit high treason by not implementing the majority judgement. This is height of incompetence. These are black moles in black coats. This is a dirty judicial mind going much beyond the limits of judicial misconduct. It amounts to turning Pakistan into Afghanistan. Can the chief justice support such a wild judicial behavior. If minority judgements like these are to be implemented by the institutions and not the majority ones then Justice Waqar Seth’s judgement in Musharraf case must also be implemented in letter and spirit.
