I am getting threatening warnings from the HOD Forensic Medicine Dr Vijayanath of ESIC MEDICAL COLLEGE, CHENNAI after I wrote about alleged non transparency & corruption in the mess funds by the college authority & also threatening me for putting RTI on ESIC MEDICAL COLLEGE, CHENNAI.
