Hey @easyJet, after 5 years flying with the same cabin bag designed for your specs, today you charged me £50 because it didn’t fit sideways in your box — even though it fit perfectly upright. Have you shrunk the sizer or just expanded the rip-off? #EasyJetScam #HiddenFees
@easyJet je rajoute un bagage cabine, cela me coûte plus de 50€ et vous me prenez en plus 98€ ? 98€ au nom de quoi ?? C'était indiqué nulle part lors du rajout !!! #EasyjetArnaque #EasyjetScam #EasyjetVolSesClients
@easyJet Non seulement le vol EJU7638 Nantes-Lisbonne annulé hier et retardé aujourd'hui (10h50 → 12h50 → 15h), mais l'hôtel soi-disant réservé ne l'était même pas ! Arrivés sur place, aucune réservation ! Longue attente à l'aéroport pour ça...

Not what you expect to deal with after a lovely holiday with my family. Other passengers complained about the similar issues. #Crete #Easyjet staff trying to pocket money. #easyjet #easyjetscam #scam #poorservice @easyJet @easyJetholidays @easyJet_press
The @easyjet @easyJetholidays staff member was totally out of order and stressed my kids out! I will be taking this matter further!! Terrible service!! Has left a bad taste. Please share and be aware! #easyjetscam #scam #ripoffeasyjet #easyjet #creteairport
@easyJet I have already submitted a formal complaint online. However, my return flight is on the 4th February and I have been given a 14 day complaint response timeframe!! So now I am faced with no choice but to pay for the large cabin bag for my return flight!!! #Easyjetscam #Easyjetcon
@Jeandormesson11 @easyJet Je suis dépité 😪 j'ai raté le second vol.. j'ai dû payer un rebooking le lendemain etc... #easyJetVoleurs

@easyJet @easyJet_press Buying a flight then 2 hours later having no option to choose a seat. AKA over booking your plane. it's beyond rude. They also refuse to give me a refund.. #easyjetscam
This guy kept reminding us how stupid we are. And that EasyJet is intolerant of fallible people. Now, we are going to fly back early it seems, wasted 300 pounds to fly back early than we expected because they cannot refund our money. @UK_CAA #easyjetscam #easyjetisheartless
@JustMyView64 @easyJet @easyJet why are you claiming extraordinary circumstances #easyJet #easyjetscam. The delay is bad, the duplicity is dreadful @SimonCalder
@overpractised @IATA This is a complete scam. @easyjet refuse legitimate expense claims in the hope customers will just give up. Left on hold for an eternity, the claims team don’t call back. Complaints take 28 days for a noReply email response. €817 of MY MONEY!!! @MartinSLewis #easyjetscam
#Easyjetscam Here a pic of my rucksack in the carry on allowance cage. They still insisted I had to pay 50 Euros. A a x
