Decuir was “conscious” enough to drive up to Twin Peaks early in the morning with a fellow career criminal and kill #EdFrench for his camera. She was conscious enough to have dinner with her accomplice that night at Benihana. And she was conscious enough to rob two more people of their cameras at gunpoint the following week with that same accomplice.
