@emirates @EmiratesSupport Your "Dubai Connect" service is a joke. Business class, sold-out flight to SFO on 9/14, forced for earlier flight on 9/13, and you refuse to accommodate Dubai Connect? Is this how you treat your customers? disappointing and unprofess.. #EmiratesFail

@emirates @EmiratesSupport After persistent follow-ups, my baggage damage claim was denied, stating normal wear and tear. My baggage was clearly damaged due to mishandling. This is not justified. Worst customer care experience! #EmiratesFail #CustomerService #DamagedBaggage
