♦️ Voici le soi-disant “plan Marshall” de @MLP_officiel et qui ne crée ni emplois, ni croissance.
Marine Le Pen prétend avoir présenté un projet économique pour la Nouvelle-Calédonie. À y regarder de plus près, il s’agit surtout d’un catalogue de slogans, sans cohérence économique, ni impact réel sur l’emploi ou le développement.
Soutien à la filière nickel :
Marine Le Pen considère le nickel comme un secteur stratégique pour la souveraineté industrielle française et européenne.
Oui, le Nickel est un secteur stratégique. Mais il est en crise chronique, soumis aux marchés mondiaux, et n’emploie qu’une faible part de la population active. Par ailleurs, ses besoins énergétiques massifs rendent sa rentabilité fragile sans stratégie énergétique claire.

Diversification de l’économie : Elle souhaite diversifier l’économie calédonienne en développant notamment l’agriculture .
L’agriculture ?
Elle existe déjà, et souffre avant tout d’un problème d’échelle, de débouchés et de coûts logistiques. Penser qu’elle pourrait tirer seule la croissance est économiquement irréaliste.

Renforcer la présence de l’armée ne constitue ni une politique économique, ni un levier de développement à l’échelle d’un territoire. Cela peut injecter quelques crédits, mais sans effet structurel sur l’économie locale.

L’exploitation des fonds marins ?
Elle est encadrée par des accords internationaux et des principes environnementaux. Y revenir serait non seulement illégal, mais politiquement explosif, y compris dans le Pacifique sud. Ce n’est pas un projet économique, c’est une provocation.
Développement du Service Militaire Adapté (SMA) : Elle propose le développement du SMA sur l’île

Le SMA est un outil d’insertion. Son développement ne crée pas d’emplois, il prépare à l’emploi. C’est un accompagnement social, pas une stratégie économique.
Réduction du prix de l’énergie : Elle propose de revoir à la baisse le prix de l’énergie
Marine Le Pen propose de faire baisser le prix de l’énergie en Nouvelle-Calédonie. Très bien. Mais comment, exactement ?
Pas de nucléaire
Il n’y a aucune centrale nucléaire sur l’archipel, et il est inimaginable d’en construire une : risque sismique, coûts faramineux, opposition locale. Cette voie est donc hors de question.
Une dépendance au thermique importé
La Nouvelle-Calédonie est largement dépendante du fioul et du charbon, en particulier pour alimenter l’industrie du nickel. Ces énergies fossiles sont importées à coût élevé. Sans transition énergétique ambitieuse ni alternatives locales, les prix resteront hauts.
Le renouvelable sous-développé
Les énergies renouvelables (solaire, hydraulique, éolien) sont en développement très lent, et nécessitent des investissements lourds et planifiés, que son « plan Marshall » ne chiffre ni ne structure. MLP est opposée aux énergies renouvelables
Un réseau isolé et cher à maintenir
Le territoire n’est pas interconnecté à un réseau régional, ce qui rend chaque kilowattheure plus cher à produire et distribuer. Le coût élevé est donc structurel.
En réalité, Marine Le Pen n’a aucun projet économique structuré pour la Nouvelle-Calédonie. Aucun chiffrage, aucune stratégie de filière, aucune réflexion sur le logement, le tourisme durable, le numérique, les infrastructures ou l’insertion réelle des jeunes. Rien.
Ce qu’elle appelle un « plan Marshall » est en fait un habillage rhétorique vide, destiné à masquer l’absence totale de vision pour un territoire en crise.
