"Market maker" = code for creating phantom shares by 1) taking your buy order, 2) not getting shares at settlement to deliver to you, but 3) requiring your cash payment anyway.

From a small # of accounts the $MMTLP community has verified a significant imbalance at @TradeStation. What would've happened on 12/9 &/or 12/12? According 2 Tradestation they would've attempted 2 recall the lent-out shares. Because of @FINRA there was no market 2 do so! @SECGov
