Mr. Ruddock was sentenced under #flprr with his prior sentence being BEFORE the PRR even became law, and therefore he would have NEVER been given the PRR “notice” upon release. 60 years?!? C’mon man!
Here is a victim of severe harsh sentencing. Someone please give this man time served. He's appealed over the years and is currently appealing again. It has costed FL $576,000+ to warehouse him for a crime he commited 24 years ago.
