Two of my #FMFs are stepping into a whole new arena 🎯
From being pure #B2B warriors… they are now shaking hands directly with the end consumer. #B2C is a different sport altogether. Different muscle memory. Different reflexes. Different scoreboard.
And I’m more than happy to give both management teams a clean 2 to 3 year runway to learn, experiment, stumble, recalibrate and compound.
Because here’s the truth most spreadsheets won’t tell you 📊
Strategy shifts are not toggle switches. They’re cultural rewiring. Distribution rethinking. Brand building. Capability stacking.💭
As an entrepreneur myself, I’ve learned that every new business line comes with tuition fees‼️. The learning curve is real. “You pay in time before you collect in profits.”
Only those who have never run a business expect operating leverage from Day 1. 😅 Excel models can forecast margins. They cannot forecast maturity.
Execution takes seasons 🌱
Conviction requires patience. #Mindset
Let’s see who builds the better consumer engine.

Heavily BIASED 🙏😊
I often come across articles like this—but my lens is always focused on the opportunity India holds 😎
Forget trillion-dollar dreams for a second—many of my #FMFs are still under /around ₹1,000 Cr.🤣
All it takes is 3-4 of them compounding into $1 Billion businesses 😁
Some will eventually touch $10 Billion… maybe even $100 Billion in a few decades.
The key? PATIENCE.❤️
And breaking free from the “exit at X%” mindset. 👊
#Microsoft at $4 Trillion 👁️

Just amazed how this category has flourished.
It’s scary at the same time !
But happy Indian Retail is experiencing FINANCIALISATION.
As for me hoping my #FMFs get picked by these funds 😅

In 2020 I tagged 5 of my RoleModels to pick this Co. then trading at sub 1000 Cr. MCap.
From the lows of COVID levels the stock has gone 5X !!
Thankfully 3 of my other RoleModels loaded it midway😁
And it’s still a sub 4000 Cr. Co.
I absolutely love my #FMFs
2 MEGATREND✅
Averaging UP in this Raging Bull Market is scary right ?
Not when you ZOOM OUT & look at the MEGATRENDS that’s literally shouting at you 💭
Quantity Goal met for 2 more #FMFs😊
One at 50% & one was 3X my holding .
I keep revisiting UTPAL SHETH’s video on TITAN & RJ Sir ❤️
How you respond when your #ROLEMODELS do things that you do not want to do ,is the real test.
I have no shame in admitting that I am a SHAMELESS CLONER*
*I use cloning to Shortlist & then deep dive into research mode to pick my #FMFs
In 2021: RJ Sir sold #IonExchange
Hello from Croatia! Just announced: I'm on the short film jury at Mediterranean Film Festival Split 2023. Winners announced tomorrow. https://t.co/8fz9dYhhvb #FMFS

One of the toughest thing to do is PRACTICE being a CONTRARIAN .
I have been betting BIG with some of my #FMFs which aren’t the darling now. Also realised one thing: “You need to be your OWN CHEERLEADER to keep Holding them”.
And I am OK with that 🤘🏻
