My heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you for the great commitment, dedication and unity you have shown in response to every UFBU agitational call.
We have successfully carried out:
🔹 Multiple Twitter/X campaigns
🔹 Work-to-Rule
🔹 Exit from all official WhatsApp groups
🔹 Badge-wearing programme
🔹 Black dress code
🔹 Multiple mass demonstrations at all centres
🔹 Cluster meetings
🔹 And the grand success of the 11th September strike
🔹Work to rule.
🔹No Extra cooperation.
Most importantly, public support and awareness have increased significantly.
We made all preparations for the three-day strike demonstrations, showing once again that we were ready to stand firmly behind every call given by our top leadership.
What more could we have shown than such great unity, commitment and discipline in every single programme?
Today, the entire banking industry has demonstrated how strong we are and how united we stand.
Our top leadership also stood firm and strong, backed by the faith, confidence and support that each one of us extended.
This is called REAL UNITY.
This is called COURAGE.
This is called CONFIDENCE.
Salute to each and every one of you.
Regarding the deferment of the three-day strike, it has certainly come as a surprise and is shocking to many of us. There may have been several rounds of discussions, and our top leadership may have taken the views of senior leaders after receiving some positive indications from the Government.
Detailed information is yet to emerge.
Whatever may be the reason, one thing I can say with confidence:
We have come out of this phase with our heads held high and with greater confidence than ever before.
Our unity, our strength and our determination have been clearly demonstrated.
Let us remain:
UNITED.

COURAGEOUS.
