Transcripts are preferable. But if they're not going to bother reading your statement, you can guarantee they won't read transcripts. Which they didn't. Even though I submitted them in accordance with directions, the appellant didn't include in the bundle.

Audio recordings are almost never considered. Transcripts are preferable.
