After 366 days you really have to ask yourself why a small patch of ground in W. Texas is the hill our regulators chose to die on. How bad is this Robert? 10X the float oversold? blink twice if I'm close. So is it just loyalty or did Finra short #mmtlp
This excerpt is from the November 18th, Next Bridge 424B Prospectus. It points out the potential volatility in $MMTLP if shorts are compelled to close. There's NO way @FINRA didn't see it. ALSO, directly below that it says the new shares will not be DTC eligible. #MMTLPFiasco

Why getting straight answers from complicit entities is so hard?
Because they are COMPLICIT!
FACT: This has drawn out 4 months too long & innocent investors are hurting!
Please wake up Congress!
A lawful order to institute Rule 204T 'is the answer' for 2 simple days.
According to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, over 56,000 Canadians fell victim to fraud in 2022 totalling $530 million in losses. @RBC
@FINRA YES, I understand how it works. FINRA cheats to cover their HF BD MM buddies.

$MMTLP Apparently WE THE PEOPLE have to regulate the regulators because the SEC appears complicit. #FINRAknew #FINRAfraud #FINRAfiles #MMTLP #ReleaseTheBlueSheets

@FINRA I'm fairly certain there will be enough lawsuits to effectively END @finra for good! We. Are. Not. Leaving!! #FinraFailedRetail $mmtlp
It's really simple #Finra just open trading and force the shorts to cover. That is your job. Do it!

$MMTLP 🧵In response to @FINRA 's March 16th, 2023 FAQ: MMTLP Corporate Action and Trading Halt: https://t.co/zbVtialxKr
FINRA's response is disingenuous and intentionally deceptive. It is also a magnification of the simple fact that the U3 Halt of MMTLP exclusively benefited Broker-Dealers, Market Makers, and Naked Short Sellers. Conversely, the U3 Halt was singularly detrimental to retail investors, the very people FINRA is charged with protecting. #FIRE #FIREDD #MMTLP #FINRAFraud #ReleaseTheBlueSheets #FINRAFiles #FINRAFAQ #RetailStrongTogether #CodingIssues #NakedShorts
