$MMTLP had sent over 40,000 letters to Congress and the Senate with an outcry of “Foul Play” by FINRA and the SEC.
Additionally, countless phone calls have been made to both Congress and the Senate (by MMTLP Shareholders) asking for their assistance in being “HELD HOSTAGE BY FINRA for 277 DAYS” and counting!
A handful of members from both Congress and the Senate have heard our cries and have responded accordingly after doing their own due diligence from the facts the MMTLP Community had provided to them.
Attached, please find SEVEN LETTERS (5 from Congresspersons and 2 from Senators):
LETTER 1 (dated 7/14/23)
Congressman Eli Crane (Arizona)
Sent to the SEC Chairman (Mr. Gary Gensler) and the Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee (Congressman Patrick McHenry). Requested a briefing from both offices regarding allegations of MMTLP shares being sold illegally (leading to losses in his Constituent’s retirement savings).
LETTER 2 (dated 7/28/22)
FIFTEEN CONGRESSPERSONS: Members of the Committee on Financial Services (see attached signatures)
Sent to the SEC Chairman (Mr. Gary Gensler). Requested a review of the activities surrounding the MMTLP Market Events.
LETTER 3 (dated 8/1/23)
Congressman Russ Fulcher (Idaho)
Sent to Mr. Christensen (a MMTLP Shareholder Constituent). A Congressional Inquiry into the SEC has been placed!
LETTER 4 (dated 8/1/23)
Senator Mark Warner (Virginia)
Sent to Colleen (a MMTLP Shareholder Constituent). The SEC will be contacted on her behalf!
LETTER 5 (dated 8/9/23)
Senator Chris Van Hollen (Maryland)
Sent to Mr. Yon (a MMTLP Shareholder Constituent). Senator Van Hollen and his staff will be looking into the matter regarding FINRA’s and the SEC’s actions.
LETTER 6 (dated 8/18/23)
Congressman John Sarbanes (Maryland)
Sent to Mr. Yon (a MMTLP Shareholder Constituent). He has contacted the SEC urging a careful review of FINRA’s recent actions.
