🚨 #FlipkartScamAlertUpdate The last 15 days since complaint & 4 days on X were an ordeal to fight with #Flipkart but we finally hit 🥳 Success. They carried out pickup & refunded the entire amount. I will continue to fight further with @Flipkart & @shopmotorola as I realised the huge number of people who are as aggrieved as I was. They too have been cheated by sending faulty product, non-delivery of product, no pickup of damaged product and no-refund after pickup. I urge everyone who has taken Jeeves product warranty from Jeeves or anyother to file a claim there also. Not only do they have the highest number of complaints but also they mark it closed without actual resolution. It's also a shame that neither their CEO Mr @_Kalyan_K nor any senior mgmt is bothered about this scenario. It is also sad to see inaction or help of any support from our consumer affairs minister Mr @JoshiPralhad or any of his team @blvermaup @Nimu_Bambhaniya @inidhikhare @PralhadJoshiOfc - I would have expected them to reach out to us and build a support framework for Bhartiya citizens. A huge shout to the continued support of @bharatvaani @BandBajaateRaho @windchimescomm & @True_Linq Few learnings for e-commerce shopping: 1. Avoid buying large priced items from e-commerce sites 2. Avoid buying from brands like #Motorola who have outsourced their entire support, sales services to someone else and have zero accountability @motorolaindia 3. If you do buy low value items from e-commerce sites, then make it COD. This ensures that firstly receive the product and secondly that it works! This fight continues....
