Let me expose Flipkart customer care. I bought an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 in August as brand new. It only turned on for seconds then died. Warranty already started in Feb 2026. Technician never came. I only want full refund. @Flipkart

I have decided tomorrow morning am filing consumer case against them. Now they have new pattern since last 6 days

They call me everyday and inform me that yesterday’s return order was cancelled and we are creating new return order and in the process keep increasing the resolution date in future.

Today i finally told them to do whatever they want as i feel right process is just filing a consumer case in the court.

@The420in @Flipkart, their operations needs serious investigation. Considering the number of instances and value of fraud, huge amount of money is being generated as proceeds of crime. May be to remit as dividend or other payments to @Walmart. This needs investigation.

@KashurKoor18 @Flipkart There is something fishy with @Flipkart. Drafting a letter for MEA,Fin Min, Home Affairs, PMO, etc. Their operation needs investigation by SFIO. My adv has confirmed that FIR can be filed. Out of station for 3-4 days. Kindly register FIRs if possible.
