When Christine’s partner, Army veteran Andy, started to withdraw and avoid spending time with others, Christine started to feel like she was walking on eggshells and became afraid for his wellbeing.
She gave Andy the ultimatum that either he called us, or she would, so they reached out for help together. After Andy received our specialist treatment, he was able to put his military trauma behind him and life changed for the better.

After leaving the Army, Clare struggled with low self-worth and confidence, leading her to eventually withdraw, and shut herself off from other people.
