I have so many questions about the evidence Brian Grady, boss of Reading LA's Brighter Futures for Children, gave to Ruth's inquest. How could they withdraw her appeal/complaint? How does that work? And why on earth would the LA want to undermine and abandon one of its heads?

This is just devastating to read. I can’t think of many people I know in education who don’t know someone who has felt like this at some point. It’s not ok. It needs to change.

@johncosgrove405 I know. I so hope this has the desired results,, but I’m so sceptical after the suicide of poor #forRuthPerry produced sod-all tangible change from this appalling organisation.
Only a change of government and hopefully, different thinking, will produce the change.
@Edmund_B_W We certainly can. You have illustrated the hubris with which Ofsted goes about it’s business perfectly and Spielman was the embodiment of that hubris.
