The building has been declared unsafe and unfit for occupation, we are told. All this is emblematic of how Joburg is run.

The current MMC of Finance has spent 45 minutes talking about 2003 to 2014 instead of giving a budget speech - considering they DID NOT include Councillor or majority of resident submissions into the budget I'm not surprised he's lost for current information #ForgottenResidents
