I really need to get my #GIPtest going, because we really need to show people how the reactive hypoglycemia and the postprandial crappy feeling are so common in MECFS that maybe it IS part of the disease process! It's more than just insulin effects!

Do you experience periods of reactive hypoglycaemia? If so, how do you cope with the episodes? N.B. @angryhacademic @TheSunshineVit1 @Naomi_D_Harvey I'm FINALLY going to have the free time to do the #GIPtest, so I might have to incorporate that, somehow... It does really seem like GIP's presence does affect glucose use by body tissues.

As I am putting together my #GIPtest thing, I would love it if people could measure ketones and lactate as well. But the general post-meal crappy feeling will also be useful, and to see if the reactive hypoglycemia is consistent at the 3 hour mark.
