@cox_kcox @WFKARS People have tried. He blocks en masse so that very few HCWs are ever able to comment on his tweets. I got blocked over a year ago for merely asking "what is #gugate?" It was his epic twitter meltdown where he accused an ophthalmoscope of being racist. Kid you not.

He has almost every physician on Twitter blocked bc of #gugate where he used a sock puppet account to harass other docs & make false accusations of racism.
@EEEaley @RyanMarino I was blocked within a week of joining #medtwitter. I literally asked "what is #gugate?" And within maybe 5 minutes I was blocked.
If you log out of Twitter, you can still see anyone's tweets. Comes in handy when antivaxxers try to tweet at you behind a block. Or to mock Gu 😂
