I wish I had something good to say tonight… but I don’t. People always hope for some positive update, some light but the truth right now is just pain and exhaustion. One of my units had their position blown up and they lost almost everything, all the equipment gone and also lives were lost. And because I’m already running fundraisers for the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade, I can’t help them yet. They have to wait. Another unit I support got hit by FPVs — cars destroyed and lives lost again.. Nothing is easy here. Nothing at all. Every day feels like holding your breath, trying to figure out who made it through the night and who didn’t. In front of me I have a list of fundraisers waiting… friends waiting… and behind each number there’s a story, a face and a life. Right now that list is over €57,000 worth of needs. And I honestly don’t know how we’ll manage. Some days it feels hopeless. But I keep trying. Because giving up is not an option. So please if you can help, even a little, do it.
