In Linville et al, 2012 83.5% of sampled tweets from colleges were coded as having useful info. Communiques from uni about fall 2020, COVID 19, and/or actions to respect BIPOC revealed that <1% contained useful info...but maybe I’m just being salty? #HiEdPopCult

@TheHoneyBeeBee That explains the practices that drive us to overwork ourselves, but why do we celebrate it? Why do we use our exhaustion as a signifier of our worth in academia? The level of mental, emotional, and physical fatigue that's required excludes so many. #HiEDPopCult
