The Suspension of Operations (SoO) Agreement is a three way agreement signed between MHA, Manipur State Government and 25 Kuki terr0rist groups.
Some of the major terms of this agreement are :
1) So called "SoO militants" cannot move in public with weapons and have to stay in designated relief camps.
2) They shall refrain from violent and unlawful activities like extortion.
3) They shall not create new organisations and do fresh recruitments.
These Kuki terr0rists are paid a monthly stipend from our taxpayer money. However, the Kuki UG groups have violated each and every term of SoO with sickening frequency :
Violation of Term 1 :
A) A surprise inspection of SoO camps on June 3rd found only 58% of the cadres present.
B) Armed militants were found to be absent from designated SoO camps around Moreh during search operations on November 2nd.
Violation of Term 2 :
C) The brutal and callous murd€rs of teenagers
Linthoingambi and Hemanjit
The callous execution of Chingkheingamba and Nganleiba on fifth of July.
Terr0rists cannot be allowed to hold Bharatiya territory to ransom. They must not be paid from our taxpayer money.

Manipur Police in a joint intelligence based operation with NIA apprehended one of the prime accused in RC. No. 01/2023/NIA (Recent Kwakta Bomb Blast Case), namely Seiminlun Gangte from the area of Torbung, Churachandpur District.
