In their enthusiasm and zooming in on “the most important threat”, they tend to miss that pathways to take on that challenge would evolve through affirming partnerships and alliances across other pressing conflict zones and critical issues.
That is the sine qua non of why security is getting more indivisible in today’s world.
In other words - it can be argued that an efficacious collective response may get refined by synergistic linkages of relevant issues . That’s how alliances get strengthened. #IR
