This is something that IMO I think I did a bit more accessibly in #insideDeepLearning. Each equation color coded to a sentence the explains the equation. B/c sentences have a linear reading order, but the best order to read an annotated equation isn’t always obvious to the reader
in line annotations is one of the most exciting recent trends in making academic research more accessible and it’s really disheartening to see a thread full of senior AI people basically going “lol this is only for lesser engineers, a researcher like me would never need this”

One great thing about this book is it mix Math and amazing thing is when you read this book you don't realize that you read math deep learning book.

I do honestly believe they are complimentary, my book even references @iamtrask's for parts I don't go into on framework
