Siaya is officially at the center of Kenya’s energy future. Today in Vienna at the 70th IAEA General Conference, I led our delegation in a strategic meeting with IAEA Deputy Director General Hua Liu to secure vital technical framework support, technology transfer, and rigorous safety oversight for the proposed Siaya Nuclear Power Plant. This landmark project will anchor regional economic transformation through clean, reliable baseload power while unlocking massive infrastructure growth, new jobs, specialized skills, and fresh investment for our people. Joined by Principal Secretaries Prof. Abdulrazak Shaukat and Dr. Idris Salim Dokota alongside NuPEA CEO Justus Wabuyabo, we are working hand in hand with the National Government to drive Kenya's modern energy frontier. Our commitment to you remains unwavering: public safety, community voice, and environmental protection will be at the core of every single step. #Nyalore
