#Ethiopia's govt. gave #INGOS 86% of Tigray region for unfettered access for aid delivery @UNOCHA runs the show. The #Intlcom. needs to do more to build the capacity of @CatholicRelief @FAO @WFP @careintuk etc... to prevent hunger. Blaming gov. does not help @PowerUSAID
