We call for tenant safety for all, not just Gov't Protected Housing (NYCHA), but for all. We unify, he's dividing us. We must defeat #intro632

One Govt mandated protected class (NYCHA), and all others who would become an unprotected class of tenants. We say keep NYCHA protected, and let us continue to use background checks as a tool to stay safe.
@saferstreetsny #intro632 , if passed, will permanently memorialize TWO classes of housing in NY. one, a Gov't mandated protected class of tenants, and the other an unprotected class of tenants. All tenant's should have the same expectation of safe housing, regardless of where they live. Period
