The #Kellyformula optimizes bet size according to perceived +EV. It's an invaluable tool. f = [bp-q]/b f = % of current bankroll to #wager b = net odds on wager (i.e. pot. win ‘$b’ per unit bet ‘$1’) p = the prob. of #winning or #covering the #bet q = the prob. of losing (1-p)
